Chicken Fajita Wraps

Have leftover fajita ingredients? Turn them into a portable lunch on the go! Use the Cilantro Lime or the Chipotle Chicken marinade. Mix it up with shrimp or a lean cut of beef (ex. London Broil)

Active Prep Time: 20 minutes.

Makes 6 wraps.

    • 24 oz cooked chicken
    • 6-12 Tbsp cilantro lime mayo
    • 6 romaine lettuce leaves
    • 2 bell peppers, sliced 
    • 1 red onion, sliced
    • 6 whole grain wraps
    • Cilantro, optional
    1. Lay 1 leaf of romaine lettuce on a whole grain wrap, spread 1-2 Tbsp of cilantro lime mayo over the leaf. This prevents the wrap from getting soggy. 
    2. Add 4 oz chicken per wrap and a few slices of bell pepper and red onion. Roll up the wrap and enjoy!
