Cilantro Lime Mayo


A flavored mayo may not sound healthy, but a little goes a long way to pack flavor into wraps and sandwiches. Try a tablespoon on the chicken fajita wrap to make a healthy, portable option more delicious!

Active Prep Time: 10 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.

    • 1 ½ cup light mayonnaise
    • 1 bunch cilantro, rinsed well and destemmed 
    • 1 large lime, juiced
    • 4 garlic cloves, minced
    • ½ tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
    1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, pulse it
    • 2 Tbsp Mayo: 80 calories, 0vg protein, 3 g carbohydrate, 8 g fat, 0 g fiber
