Reeses Yogurt Bark
Looking for a sweet treat to get you through your January 1st resolutions? This simple treat can be thrown together before dinner and ready within an hour.
Active Prep Time: 10 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
Ingredients
- 1, 32 oz container vanilla low-sugar, low-fat Greek yogurt (regular works too!)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- ⅓ cup Reeses Pieces
- ⅓ cup mini Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Mix yogurt and peanut butter thoroughly.
- Spread onto a silicone mat or parchment paper covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with reeses pieces and chocolate chips.
- Freeze at least 1 hour, break up, and serve!

- ⅙ of sheet: 225 calories, 8 g protein, 19 g carbohydrate, 15 g fat, 1 g fiber

- Whisk in 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder to boost the protein
