Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Much like its namesake dish, this breakfast is layered with coffee-flavored oats and vanilla Greek Yogurt. Layer after the oats sit overnight for the best texture. Chia seeds, and oats pack this dish with fiber to keep you full until lunch.

Active Prep Time: 15 minutes.

Makes 4 servings.

    Ingredients
    • 2 cups vanilla no-sugar-added Greek yogurt (plus extra for layering if desired)
    • 1 cup milk of choice
    • 1 cup coffee
    • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
    • 1-2 drops vanilla extract
    • 4 Tbsp chia seeds
    • 2 cups rolled oats
    • Optional:1-2 scoops chocolate protein powder
    Directions
    1. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl. Divide into 4, one cup servings. Enjoy for the week!
