Reeses Yogurt Bark

Looking for a sweet treat to get you through your January 1st resolutions? This simple treat can be thrown together before dinner and ready within an hour.

Active Prep Time: 10 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.

    Ingredients
    • 1, 32 oz container vanilla low-sugar, low-fat Greek yogurt (regular works too!)
    • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
    • ⅓ cup Reeses Pieces 
    • ⅓ cup mini Chocolate Chips
    Directions
    1. Mix yogurt and peanut butter thoroughly. 
    2. Spread onto a silicone mat or parchment paper covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with reeses pieces and chocolate chips. 
    3. Freeze at least 1 hour, break up, and serve!

    • ⅙ of sheet: 225 calories, 8 g protein, 19 g carbohydrate, 15 g fat, 1 g fiber
    Notes
    • Whisk in 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder to boost the protein
