Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Wrap

This slightly sweet and savory wrap is the perfect grab and go lunch for a busy firefighter. With a full serving of vegetables and a whopping 41 g protein, this wrap is a balanced meal without the plate.

Ingredients

  • 24 oz chicken
  • ¾ cup poppyseed dressing
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 2 medium red onion, sliced
  • 1 ½ cup spinach leaves
  • ¾ cup strawberries, sliced
  • 6 whole grain wraps

Instructions

Combine chicken, dressing, and feta in a bowl until well mixed.

Evenly spread chicken out over the wraps.

Each wrap will contain 4 oz chicken, ¼ cup sliced red onion, ¼ cup spinach leaves, and ⅛ cup strawberry slices.

Wrap in foil and refrigerate for up to one week.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pack of 4 – 5 Chicken Breast
  • ½ cup chicken broth or water
  • 2 Tbsp All Purpose Seasoning Mix

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a crockpot.

Cook on low 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hours. Cooking on low will result in more tender chicken that is easy to shred.

Drain excess broth and shred chicken. Allow to cook prior to wraps.
