Sheet Pan Pancakes

Ever try to make pancakes for a shift? It takes forever! Cut the prep time by baking your pancakes on a sheet pan.

  • 3 cups Kodiak Cake protein pancake mix
  • 3 cups water
  • Fruit or other mix ins



Prepare pancake mix as directed on the label.


Pour into a 18 by 13 inch sheet pan, top with fruit.


Bake at 425°F for 10-15 minutes


  • ⅓ of pan: 190 calories, 14 g protein, 30 g carbohydrate, 2 g fat, 6 g fiber
