Reeses Energy Bites

Busy shift ahead of you? As a portable post-workout snack, these bites help keep you full until your next meal. They are packed with protein and fiber to support muscle recovery. Plus, they will satisfy your sweet tooth. Pack in a go bag or cooler in the summer months.

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • ⅓ cup chocolate protein powder (or one scoop)
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ⅓ cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp chia seed
  • 2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Divide evenly into eight bites (roughly two tablespoons each).

  • 2 energy bites: 400 calories, 35g carbs, 6g fat, 17g protein, 6g fiber
