Pomegranate Glazed Salmon

Is your crew feeling fancy? This dish looks elegant but is extremely simple. Salmon is packed with antioxidants and omega 3’s that help fight inflammation and improve recovery from shift. 

Active Prep Time: 15 minutes

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients
  • 3-4 lb salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • ¼ tsp salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Whisk together the honey, pomegranate juice, minced garlic, rosemary, and salt. Pour over salmon on a baking sheet. 
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is opaque and flaky when pulled apart with a fork.
