Easy Key Lime Pie

Okay, okay – this may not be the “perfect” health food BUT it is a lighter dessert to throw together last minute. No need to bake, just be sure to leave at least 2 hours to refrigerate.

Active Prep Time: 15 minutes

Makes 8 servings

    • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (8-9 inch)
    • 2, 14 oz cans of sweetened condensed milk
    • ¾ lime juice (6-7 limes)
    • 2, 5.3 oz cup key lime Greek yogurt (low sugar, ex. Light and Fit)
    • 1, 8 oz container light cool whip
    1. Combine condensed milk, lime juice, and yogurt in a bowl. Fill into the premade crust.
    2. Top with cool whip and lime zest.
