Chicken Shawarma

Chicken shawarma is a healthy, filling, and most importantly, delicious recipe originating from Turkey. Typically, the chicken is slow-roasted on a spit, but those are not typically available at the firehouse, so grilling will do! If pita bread isn’t your thing, you can swap it out for a whole wheat tortilla wrap or any whole grain wrap of your choice.
