Active Recovery Workouts
These sessions are low-intensity by design. Think of them as maintenance for your body: foam rolling, joint mobility, dynamic stretching, and controlled movement drills. Do these on your off days or between heavy training sessions to stay loose and injury-free.
Active Recovery 1

Active Recovery 2

Active Recovery 3
Dynamic stretching and movement drills to restore range of motion and reduce soreness. Hold each position for a deep inhale and exhale 5 times.
Active Recovery 4
Low-intensity recovery session with warrior poses, myofascial release, and controlled mobility work. Includes shoulder and hip mobility sequences.
Active Recovery 5
Restorative yoga-inspired movement program. Spend 1 minute in each position per side. Combines hip, thoracic, and balance mobility work.
