Who can use the wellness program?
The PBGFR Wellness Program is available to all active Palm Beach Gardens Fire Rescue personnel, including full-time and part-time firefighters and administrative staff.
Is the program completely free?
Yes. All resources, including training programs, nutrition guides, and mental health support, are 100% free for PBGFR members. No subscriptions or fees required.
How quickly will I get a response?

Are mental health resources confidential?
Absolutely. All mental health interactions and peer support conversations are kept strictly confidential in accordance with department policy and applicable law.
