Reeses Cracker Cookies
These no-bake cookies are easy and sneakily delicous! While they may not be “health food,” they are a simple holiday dessert that is relatively lower in calories.

Makes 16 servings.
Ingredients
- 32 Ritz crackers (1 sleeve)
- ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1, 10 oz bag white chocolate melting wafers
- Optional: sprinkles
Directions
- Sandwhich 1 tsp peanut butter between 2 Ritz crackers. Dip each “sandwhich” in chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing on waxed paper or a silicon baking mat. Allow chocolate to set and enjoy!
