Reese's Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Everyone loves peanut butter and chocolate — especially this better-for-you version. High in protein and perfect post-workout or post-fire training.

Servings 1 serving (16 oz)

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup dairy, almond, or soy milk
  • ½ banana, frozen
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ½ Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1–2 handfuls of spinach (optional but recommended)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a 16 oz portable blender cup and blend. Add ice as needed.

1 smoothie (16 oz): 315 calories, 28g protein, 37g carbs, 7g fat, 5g fiber

Serving Suggestions

Fresh spinach blended into smoothies is tasteless but will turn the smoothie green. Increase peanut butter, banana, or oats to boost calories for weight gain or meal replacement purposes.
