Pomegranate Glazed Salmon

Is your crew feeling fancy? This dish looks elegant but is extremely simple. Salmon is rich in omega-3s and antioxidants to help reduce inflammation and support recovery after shifts.

Ingredients

  • 3–4 lb salmon fillets
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • ¼ cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • ¼ tsp salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Whisk together the honey, pomegranate juice, minced garlic, rosemary, and salt. Pour over salmon on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
