PB&J Overnight Oats

Creamy, nostalgic, and way more filling than a PB&J. These overnight oats combine peanut butter and blackberry jam with oats, chia seeds, and milk for a fiber-filled breakfast that holds you over.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp blackberry jam
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla or peanut butter flavored whey protein

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Grab and enjoy cold in the morning, or heat for 1 minute if you prefer warm oatmeal.

Serving Suggestions

For added sweetness, add Truvia or your preferred sweetener. Add a scoop of protein powder for extra staying power.
