Honey Lime Brussels Sprouts

These honey-lime Brussels sprouts are crispy, citrusy, and just sweet enough to keep everyone from pushing veggies to the side. This one-skillet dish pairs well with heavier mains and is budget-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 2 (12 oz) packages Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp chopped cilantro

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced Brussels sprouts and cook 6–8 minutes until browned and crispy.
  2. Stir in garlic and cook for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and toss with honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Finish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
