Hibachi Steak

Bring Hibachi night to the station with this easy steak marinade. It also works well for chicken thighs, shrimp, or extra firm tofu to meet all of your crew's dietary needs.

Ingredients

  • 2–3 lb skirt steak or flank steak
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 3 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a large ziplock bag. Add steak and marinate for 2 hours or overnight.
  2. Heat flat top on medium-high heat. Cut steak into ½–1 inch cubes. Cook 3–5 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired internal temperature.
