Gouda Turkey Burgers

These Gouda Turkey Burgers are packed with protein and flavor, making them perfect for hungry firefighters. Top with balsamic red onions for a sweet and savory upgrade.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground turkey
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Ground pepper to taste
  • 8 slices Gouda cheese
  • Balsamic red onions
  • 8 whole grain buns

Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high. Mix turkey with all seasonings and form into 8 patties.
  2. Grill 5–7 minutes until center is no longer pink. Melt a slice of Gouda on top.
  3. Serve with balsamic red onions on whole grain buns.

Serving Suggestions
