Burger Bowls
This burger bowl keeps all the flavor of a classic cheeseburger without the bun, and doubles the vegetables. Seasoned ground beef, crisp romaine, and classic toppings make this a crew favorite.
Ingredients
- 3 lb lean ground beef (90/10) or turkey
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 heads romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 (16 oz) jar hamburger pickle chips
- 2 red onions, diced
Directions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Drain excess fat if needed, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
- While the beef cooks, prep the toppings by chopping lettuce, halving tomatoes, and dicing onions.
- Build bowls by layering romaine, cooked beef, and toppings. Finish with shredded cheddar and Firehouse Burger Sauce.
