Balsamic Red Onions

These balsamic red onions are a sweet and tangy upgrade that makes any firehouse meal feel fancy with zero fuss.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2–4 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add red onion slices and cook 5 minutes until translucent.
  2. Add salt and balsamic vinegar. Mix thoroughly and enjoy!
